These terms of service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Content Conquer ("we" or "our"), including but not limited to AI content generation tools, AI voiceovers, AI image creation, AI chat bots, and AI speech-to-text transcription services (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register for an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and keep your account details up to date.

We offer various subscription plans with different features and limits. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to the terms and conditions specific to that plan.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (a) use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services; (d) use the Services to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Content Conquer. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Content Conquer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia and applicable federal law. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
